Join us at The Hillside for a festive feast this Christmas with your loved ones. We've created a superb menu for you to indulge in with all the trimmings included! The menu is available from 29th November. Sun-Thurs 2 courses £29 / 3 courses £35 | Fri-Sat 3 courses £45
- GOATS’ CHEESE Pan-fried panko goats’ cheese, watercress and chestnut salad, cranberry hot honey.
- PRAWN COCKTAIL Prawn and smoked salmon cocktail, Tobiko caviar, Guinness wheaten bread, butter.
- SOUP Roasted butternut squash, red pepper and sweet potato soup, sour cream, Guinness wheaten bread, butter.
- PÂTÉ Chicken liver pâté, Cumberland sauce, toast, butter.
- SALT AND CHILLI CHICKEN Salt and chilli chicken, satay sauce.
MAINS
- TURKEY AND HAM Roast turkey, ham, chestnut sausage stuffing, creamed potatoes, roast potatoes, pancetta shredded sprouts, roasted roots, cocktail sausages, rich jus.
- CELERIAC WELLINGTON (V) Sous vide celeriac, mushroom duxelles, cabbage, flaky pastry, burnt shallot mash, confit Chantenay carrots, chimichurri.
- ROAST BEEF Roast beef, creamed potatoes, roast potatoes, Yorkshire pudding, roasted roots, rich jus.
- BACON CHOP Sugar pit bacon chop, fondant potatoes, greens, Madeira jus, celeriac purée.
- SIRLOIN STEAK (£10 SUPPLEMENT) 10oz Carnbrooke sirloin, vine roasted tomatoes, burnt shallot purée, panko onion rings, peppercorn sauce, triple-cooked chunky chips.
- SEA TROUT Seared sea trout, Vitelotte potato gnocchi, sautéed greens, prawn and saffron cream sauce.
