Join us at The Hillside for a festive feast this Christmas with your loved ones. We've created a superb menu for you to indulge in with all the trimmings included! The menu is available from 1st December. Sun-Thurs 2 courses £29 / 3 courses £35 | Fri-Sat 3 courses £45
- SOUP Roasted winter veg broth, crusty bread.
- SALT AND CHILLI CHICKEN SKEWERS Roasted red pepper, leek, sesame soy dressing.
- SHELLFISH COCKTAIL Brown shrimp, king prawn, cos lettuce, cherry tomato, wheaten.
- WALNUT CRUMBED BRIE Mixed leaves, blackberry compote.
- RISOTTO Squash, red pepper.
MAINS
- TURKEY AND HAM Creamed and roast potatoes, roast winter roots, bacon and sprouts, cocktail sausages, cranberry jus.
- GUINNESS GLAZED DAUBE OF CARNBROOKE BEEF Yorkshire pudding, carrot crisps, roast celeriac, creamed and roast potatoes, rich stock jus.
- WALNUT CRUMBED BACON CHOP Braised red cabbage, wholegrain mustard croquette, port and red wine jus.
- CARNBROOKE 10OZ DRY AGED SIRLOIN (£10 SUPPLEMENT) Roasted vine tomato, onion rings, triple-cooked chips, peppercorn sauce.
- SMOKED HADDOCK Creamy champ, poached egg, hollandaise, greens.
- CELERIAC AND TRUFFLE (V) Roast red pepper, cherry vine tomato and fennel risotto, basil and lemon oil.
