Join us at The Hillside for a festive feast this Christmas with your loved ones. We've curated a delightful menu for you to indulge in with all the trimmings included! The menu is available from 27th November.
- GOATS’ CHEESE Pan-fried panko goats’ cheese, cranberry, chestnuts and watercress salad, hot honey.
- PRAWN COCKTAIL Prawn cocktail topped with Tobiko caviar, wheaten bread and butter.
- MINESTRONE SOUP Minestrone soup with Guinness wheaten bread and butter.
- DUCK LIVER PÂTÉ (GF ALTERED) Duck liver pâté, orange compote and toast.
- SMOKED SALMON (GF ALTERED) Smoked salmon, prawn cocktail, Guinness wheaten bread and butter
- SALT AND CHILI BONELESS RIBS Salt and chili boneless ribs and katsu curry
MAINS
- ROAST TURKEY, HAM AND STUFFING (GF ALTERED) Roast turkey, ham and sausage and chestnut stuffing, mash, duck-fat roast potatoes, roasted roots, pancetta and shredded sprouts, chipolata and a rich jus
