Join us at The Hillside for a festive feast this Christmas with your loved ones. We've curated a delightful menu for you to indulge in with all the trimmings included! The menu is available from 28th November. Sun-Thurs 3 courses £37 | Fri-Sat 3 courses £45
- GOATS’ CHEESE Pan-fried panko goats’ cheese, watercress and chestnut salad, hot cranberry maple syrup
- PRAWN COCKTAIL Prawn and smoked salmon cocktail, Tobiko caviar, wheaten bread, butter.
- SOUP Roasted butternut squash, red pepper and sweet potato soup, Guinness wheaten bread, butter.
- PÂTÉ Chicken liver and cognac pâté, quince and rosewater gel, toast.
- CHICKEN Pad Thai chicken
MAINS
- TURKEY AND HAM Roast turkey, ham, chestnut sausage stuffing, creamed potatoes, roast potatoes, pancetta shredded sprouts, roasted roots, cocktail sausages, rich jus.
- SALT N CHILLI TOFU (V) Salt and chilli tofu, coconut rice, peanut sauce
- ROAST BEEF Roast beef, creamed potatoes, roast potatoes, Yorkshire pudding, roasted roots, rich jus.
- BACON CHOP Sugar pit bacon chop, fondant potatoes, greens, apple brandy jus, celeriac purée.
- SIRLOIN STEAK (£13 SUPPLEMENT) 10oz sirloin, roasted vine pomodoro, sauteed pearl onions and wild mushrooms ox cheek dumplings, whiskey and peppercorn cream and triple-cooked chunky chips.
- SEA TROUT Seared sea trout, champ potatoes, buttered greens, sauteed garlic prawns and chorizo and hollandaise sauce.
